Ingredients:
Potatoes
Butter
Sour Cream
Heavy Cream
Scott's Monterey Mesquite Seasoning
Smooth and Creamy Mashed Potatoes
• Peel, wash, and dice potatoes. Place potatoes into a large pot and cover with water. Cook on the stovetop until potatoes are fork tender.
• Drain cooked potatoes and return to pot. Start whipping and add in butter, sour cream and a splash of heavy cream. Whip until potatoes are smooth and creamy and season with Scott's Monterey Mesquite Seasoning. Before serving add a drizzle of Scott's Garlic Oil and a pinch of parsley for extra flavor.
