Scott's Monterey Mesquite Seasoning

Smooth and Creamy Mashed Potatoes

Peel, wash, and dice potatoes. Place potatoes into a large pot and cover with water. Cook on the stovetop until potatoes are fork tender.

Drain cooked potatoes and return to pot. Start whipping and add in butter, sour cream and a splash of heavy cream. Whip until potatoes are smooth and creamy and season with Scott's Monterey Mesquite Seasoning. Before serving add a drizzle of Scott's Garlic Oil and a pinch of parsley for extra flavor.
