Scott's Santa Maria and Garlic Oil Seasoned Rib Roast.
This exquisite blend combines the robust, smoky notes of traditional Santa Maria Seasoning with the rich, aromatic essence of Garlic Oil. Our rib roast offers a perfect harmony of savory spices and mothwatering flavor, creating an unforgettable centerpiece for any holiday feast.
Ingredients:
1 standing rib roast, 7 to 8 pounds (4 bone)
4 Tablespoons Scotts Santa Maria Style Seasoning
4 Tablespoons Scotts Garlic Oil
1 cup carrots
2 cups diced potatoes.
½ cut up onion
2 sprigs of rosemary
The Cook
Pat/dry roast with paper towels
Cover entire roast with Scotts Garlic Oil
Coat entire roast with Scotts Santa Maria Style Seasoning
Add carrots, potatoes, onion and rosemary to the pan
Heat oven to 450 degrees. Place meat bone-side down in a roasting pan. Roast for 20 - 25 minutes, then turn heat to 350 degrees and continue to roast until the meat registers 120 degrees for rare, 130 for medium rare.
Note: Roast will continue to cook after you remove it out of the oven.
