GRILLED KOREAN BEEF FLANKEN SHORT RIBS

Ingredients:

1 pound, beef flanken ribs – also known as Kalbi or Miami ribs

Scott's Korean Style BBQ Marinade

1 teaspoon sesame seeds, to garnish

Sliced green onions, to garnish


Cook in under 10 minutes.








All about the Marinade

Use Scott's Korean Style BBQ marinade, seal in a resealable bag for at least 30 minutes, overnight is best. Marinating helps to tenderize meat, adds flavor, and locks in moisture as your ribs grill.



The Cook

Preheat your grill, these ribs cook best on a very high heat.


Grill 4-5 minutes each side, do not over flip. Ribs should be nice and caramelized on both sides.


Sprinkle with green onion and sesame seeds, to garnish.
